First level course for beginners

The Open Water Diver underwater course is a complete course attended to learn all the basics, the techniques, the safety practies, the organization and management of scuba diving. It is a programme that transforms a neophyte into a autonomous diver, capable of managing his own diving safety, having fun at his best without the supervision of a diving professional.

The 12 hours course includes theoretical lessons and 3 scuba diving sessions with the needed equipment:

-6 hours of theoretical lessons in which the following topics are discussed: physiology, applied physics, environment, diving techniques, organization, safety, scuba diving tables;

-6 hours of training, from the shore and from the boat:

1hour session of contact, preparation and instructional activity;

2 diving sessions of 2 hours in which you practice the theoretical techniques.
